As far as stacking different IP boosts, I think the ones that you buy are basically +100% boosts.
So start with 100%
+100 % per win boost
+100 % day boost
= 300%
The question is "Does the double IP weekend get calculated before or after the other boosts and is it x2 or +100%"
If it is calculated before then, no matter how it works the most you could get is:
100%
(x2 or +100%) = 200%
+100% = 300%
+100% = 400%
If it is calculated after then either you get
100%
+100% = 200%
+100% = 300%
+100% = 400%
OR (Best case scenario)
100%
+100% = 200%
+100% = 300%
x2 = 600%
That last scenario would be in line with what Tecumseh said.
EDIT: Confirmed elsewhere that it is 600%.

I don't think they are taking into account that some people would buy both Day and Win IP boosts, and the boosts kind of work as a "double" in themselves. So untill it's actually confirmed, my guess is that it actually is something a little more like.....
