When increasing Dark Matter from level 2 to 3 ( i think ).
The pop-up says that you will go from doing 240 damage, to 230 damage.
This was also confirmed after going up a level, the skills description then said 230 damage.

going from level 3 - 4 puts you up to 300+ damage (320 or 340.. i dont remember, but it properly goes up). So, perhaps it is only that one level that is incorrect.
