Imo skin sale should expand from 3 to 4 skins per week consisting of 2 skins chosen by players and 1 random old skin and 1 random new skin.

I know that this was a Summoner's Choice thing, but I'm sure that we'd see an Obsidian Malph sale if that was an explicit poll option .
