Why am i always on the team that gets ROFLSTOMPED

I notice that every normal game i go into i win hands down but when i am on my normal game winning spree i go into ranked and get stomped it happens every time and the other team has no problems but the team im on always QUITS,AFKS ,TROLLS,ETC. I find it funny that i am always on the bad team.

Does anyone else feel like this?

That elo is a wonderful system that has a splendid ability to match teams so that each team has around a 50% chance of winning, of course!

It seems like I have a disproportional number of feeders on my team who always blame everyone else and then leave. Life sucks some times.
I just had a horrid TF on my team that kept ulting right by turrets and dying. He left, we actually did better without him and ended up winning. Anyways, after the game it showed the nice big red word LEAVER under his name, but he still got the win. Great lesson for him.
I didn't report him because I looked at his profile and felt pity for him, his last matches are just awful. I hate reporting someone just for being bad. At least he tried.

Well you see... the elo system was originally designed for 1v1 competition rankings. They've modified for a 5v5 situation, i guess something got lost in translation along the way.
