[Platform][Minor]Jammed rune combiner

I put two flat armor seals into the rune combiner and they spat out a flat AP seal which is now jammed in there. I went and bought some other runes to see if I could push it out by combining them but it didn't work. It's still stuck in there.

I've had this before, I think it's caused by right clicking the runes too fast.
Just relog and it will be fixed.
