Still think a vampire lord Swain would be more appealing than dragon lord, tiny dragons just sounds silly, swarm of bats is just natural.

There are a lot of critters that fit small swarming creatures, and none of them are dragons.

Better yet, an insect swarm would fit well 2 locust ult, spider legs reach out for snare, and some radical insect for lazer bird.

The Talon skin reminds me of Alex Mercer from Prototype
