No, this isn't another thread about how overpowered they are. A change I'd like to see is that, instead of casting it to lose a turret somewhere else, have him unable to lay another turret until he "packs up" at least one turret. The number of turrets he has stored could be displayed by a buff indicator, similar to Corki's rockets, and he would pack up a turret by using the spell on a deployed turret. Packing up a turret would remove all levels and advancements from it (resetting it, if you will), but "out-of-date" turrets will be upgraded to the most recent model. If this is too much of a nerf, it could be made so that packing up an upgraded turret recharges Upgrade. Finally, defeated turrets will re-appear in his backback after a short time (maybe 30 seconds or so, but one at a time).
Resulting changes:
- Heimerdinger will now need longer to move his turrets and will be encouraged to keep a few in reserve for instant placement.
- Dead turrets stay dead longer.
- Turrets would have to be spread out a tiny bit more.
- The game would feel more realistic, since you could see how many turrets he ha in his backpack and they don't magically teleport.
