Suggestion 1: Rune stacks
If you have more than one of a rune it doesn't need to be listed multiple times - just put in a quantity column.
Suggestion 2: Off-color runes
Given how little use some the Secondary runes have - why not make all runes primary and just give them reduced ability when put in a non-matching color / increased in Quintessence slot - with some marked primary or Quintessence only as needed.
