Description: When Mordekaiser creates a Blitzcrank ghost by killing him with his ultimate, the pet gets a Mana shield. Upon respawn of Blitzcrank, he will have the shield as if he never died.

Repro Steps:
1. While the cd for Mana Shield is up, die while ulted by Mordekaiser
2. Respawn
3. Mana Shield will be off cooldown though it shouldnt be

Well if he dies with the mana shield off cool down, why would it be off cooldown when he respawns?

mana shield gives a buff when on cd that prevents it from happening. one assumes that since you lose all the buffs when you die, the cd is effectively reset. that said, this implementation is reasonable

Pretty sure this is intended, just like Vayne still having Silver Bolts, ect.

it creates a ghost with all passive abilities, i'm petty sure its intended since that been happening for months
