Why is it taking so long to patch?

It's been 4 hours now, and it said it was Step 2/2 and 99% complete on both bars, then they both go down to 0%, and it says I have to wait -30 minutes.

What's happening? :<

Are you using the admin client or the regular pbe client?
Use the admin client if you aren't, I had a similar problem.
