Eeeeeeeeeew Facebook. Didn't even know you could RP on Facebook!
You'd be surprised, actually! If there's a character limit, it's a very high one, so we're able to write full paragraphs or even short stories wall-to-wall. In addition, there's a roleplaying group for each city-state to play in.
So what do you RP then?
Anything, pretty much? We advance storylines and form relationships same as any other medium! We ask that our members keep things PG-13, in- or out-of-character. That said, the style all depends on the RPer; some just do in-character posts and be done, while others write full short stories. All we ask is at least one in-character status update a week.
Who's in charge of this joint?
That'd be Katarina, Veigar and the newly-promoted Vi. Katarina is head admin, and holds veto power, but between us we all review applications and interviews, and enforce our rules. Unless an offense is egregious enough to warrant otherwise, we generally warn offenders before banning.

Hey, what about Champions like Nocturne and Brand who are supposed to be locked up?
So, with this, I'm gonna go into a little more depth and probably answer some other questions while I'm at it.
We here at Runebook try to stay as close to the lore as possible. However, as with any RP medium, we want to develop our characters in the directions we feel they would go. We allow for this; in fact, it's a rule for the Champions to have any developments to be logical for the character, and to account for any official developments--and yes, that includes the lore rewrites we're all bemoaning. At any rate, the admin monitor these developments closely, and make sure everything still fits.
As such, it's possible that a Champion such as Nocturne or Brand could be freed, could escape, or could be allowed outside on probation and under strict supervision, all depending on the character. However, keep in mind that the only Void pup is Kog'maw. 
And maybe Malz' minions.
What's a drabble?
It's just writing for the sake of writing. Kind of a short story, but there isn't much of an actual plot to it. We prefer structure, of course, but anything well-written and 500+ words is welcome.
Can I apply for <insert unreleased Champion here>?
We accept applications for new Champions a week after their release on Live servers. Any applications received before then will be automatically denied.
What does the "Under Review" list entail, and can I still apply for a champion on that list?
When a character is "Under Review," it means we're considering a candidate (or candidates) for that particular champion. The application had been accepted, and is awaiting an in-character interview. As such, applications for that champion are then closed and unless the character reappears on the "Available" list, any applications received will be automatically denied.
