During the loading screen right before we spawn at the bottom of the screen there is a message saying the my video card driver is out of date and i need to update it. I am almost 100% positive the my video card is up to date, I have checked my card multiple times and my computer is fully updated yet this message keeps appearing. Does anyone else see this message?

What kind of video card do you have? Which drivers are you using? A DXDiag would show both of those.

As long as your drivers are fairly recent it should be fine. The version checking isn't always perfect since there are so many combinations out there.

Here are my DxDiag, also the graphics have been fine every time i play its just i have a terrible crashing problem and it got worse this weekend where i only am able to play 1/4 of my games, and i was just wondering if this message somehow was linked to it.
