All Players must be 13 years of age or older as of August 1st, 2010 and a resident of any state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, or any Province of Canada (other than Quebec)

I don't believe there was a post that said 14, but I do apologize for posting the age of 16 previously and then switching back. We were awaiting word from the WCG and our legal team to make sure that everything was on the up and up.
