We're aware that some of the users on the list may be riot employees or users that are ineligible due to their country. After the first wave of registration occurs, I will evaluate whether or not to open a 2nd wave for another few hundred users.

i thought this was for 5v5 PREMADE ranked queue, im only like 1400 in that ladder
does my 1635 SOLO ranked count for the tournament?

there's already a method of finding ur "normal" elo in the log folders, some1 made a thread about it, better get to searching
