it's because riot ****ed up their game

they should have removed flash a long time ago, they need to improve activate items, they never should have added jack of all trades heroes

they should balance champions for individual, specific champion vs specific champion encounters, not this grouping type **** they do now where they balance tanky dps as a whole

riot made these stupid high utility broken champions to compensate for the lack of mechanics in their game as a whole IMO, and they're broken and hard to balance

this post furthers that by proving people will complain about complaints

Lack of aoe CC is a pretty major thing for a mage to be lacking.
She's incredibly solid and duels/skirmishes exceptionally well, but she isn't the teamfight terror other mids are.

Vlad is broken by design, you press Q and win game. Broken.

Riot has stated a few times that Vayne and Irelia have two of the most poorly designed kits in the game as they have no clear counter and get too much out of their abilities, especially compared to other champions that fill their role.

Most of the newer champions, especially the tanky-DPS released last year, have far too much in their kit and sacrifice nothing for it. Lee Sin is a Tanky-DPS with an assassin's kit, what does he sacrifice compared to assassins? Burst? Well he has DPS and above average burst for his damage. Sustain? No, he has some of the highest sustain in the game and uses Energy as a resource. Utility? Nope, has an AoE line knockback/knockup, a 1100 range dash that's a double physical nuke with a small execute attached to it, and a second dash that gives him a shield and a sustain buff. He also has an AoE nuke + slow attached to this. Why?

These champions don't need 4 skills that do 3+ things each. Riot either needs to go back and remake some of the older champions, or they need to start gutting the newer ones and removing the insane number of things they can do with a single button press.

All but one skill AoE, able to get behind frontline, nuke squishies, then get out. Game changing charm, sustained damage as well as high burst..

Sure, not a terror in fights.

And then they were almost all skillshots.

If an unskilled player can't hit that game changing charm then what does it do? Dissipates in the air, that's what it does.

Ahri takes skill to use properly, just like every other champion. I say her ult cooldown nerfs were needed, but I think enough is enough because there's nothing else bad about her...
