I presume there will be no room for characters who already have some skills or experiences.
New OCs will be required, preferably completely incapable n00bs, right? Or is there going to be place for experienced characters as well?

If you don't mind a support-ish character ( can't stand on his own kind of guy) then count me in. But like the other posters stated above, some additional details would be appreciated.
