Change summoner name or delete account?

Is there a way to change my summoner name, create a new summoner account, or delete my current one without losing any RP I purchased? I have been looking through the FAQs and forums and could not find anything about how to do these things.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

you cannot change your account name. You can create a new account if you wish, although you cannot transfer any IP/RP/Champions from your existing account to your new account.
