Splice, the Warmech:
Passive: Shrapnel - Any enemy hit by Splice's auto attacks or skills has their armor and magic resist reduced by 5, stacking up to a number of times equal to twice Splice's level.
Q - Flak Cannon:
Splice fires a cannon shot, which knocks back all enemies struck the remaining distance of the shot. While Flak Cannon is in the air, Splice gains the use of Kinetic Leap, enabling him to leap to the cannon shot's location, stunning all enemies within the area upon landing.
W - Bunker In:
Splice surrounds himself with a barrier for 6 seconds, absorbing the next X spells that strike him, where X is the ranks in this skill, and rooting himself in place. During this period, Splice is able to use the ability Backdraft, which deals True damage to all nearby enemies, times the number of spells absorbed.
E - Pulse Field:
Toggle: Splice drains mana every half of a second to release a field that knocks back nearby enemies every half a second, growing in size over time, to a cap at 10 seconds.
R - Lock On
Passive: Increases Splice's ability ranges, including the rate Pulse Field grows each half second.
Active: Picks a target within Pulse Field's maximum range, dealing a percentage of auto attack damage at maximum attack speed rate over 10 seconds.
