Like many Ionian fighting styles, which are often practiced to achieve spiritual enlightenment, it requires great focus and discipline through years of training to separate your instincts and emotions from battle. Even after all my years of experience, it can still be difficult to overcome my instincts while in particularly heated battles, but I still manage to do so.

It is an advanced technique that involves putting myself into a self induced trance, ignoring everything else and putting the majority of my energy into healing my wounds, with pain alone usually being unable to break the trance.
