Hey there, just wondering - is there any particular reason you guys decided to put all the game data in a zip file? Wouldn't it be faster to load if it didn't have to unzip? Or do you intend on putting a password on it?

Myrren,

My guess would be it is to save a lot of space. More than likely anything required is unzipped during PVP.NET usage or on the load-screen. Which means it wouldn't affect game-play but saves a lot of space.

Perhaps it would be faster without a zip, but it is a large file. If they are not unzipping any other time than mentioned above, then truly, they get more benefit from it being a zip.
