I would definitely play Garen just to use the skin. It's just too manly to resist.

This is actually very well put together. I hope that skins like this and Firedancer Draven can someday become a reality.

Also, his w should make a large soapy bubble with rubber duckies instead of shields, and it makes a loud pop when it fades or is destroyed;

more reasons to hide in the bush. +1
