Not sure if something like this has been posted b4...

So lets say your level 6 u get to use 2 of each rune type(marks/seals/glyphs), instead of being required to use 2 in each i think that being able to use maybe 6 of marks or 3 glyphs and 3 seals and so on.

Obviously when your level 10 u r able to put 1 into quintessence.

And of course when your level 30 this would not matter, but with the new update and having it take longer to level this would have an effect.
