cant select unlocked heroes?

i unlocked mordekaiser, but i cant select him in normal matchmaking games...
do some of the heroes have a level requirement to use?

Ya the champions often bug after you buy them. They don't show up until you relog, so remember that for the next champion purchase!

If you forget however, you can also type his name in the search bar during champion select and he will show up.
