[Game Client] Cant see champlist?!?

I'm in a ranked game right now and for some reason it would not let me see a list of champs for my ban or for my pick of champions... =/ I have no filter applied at top right or anywhere else. also when typing a champ name in to the filter it did not show a champion. Getting team mates to post as well.

Will be pretty upset if my random champ causes us to lose... I cant que dodge either without penalty
