as the title says....its just easy now to just hit punish button, isnt it?

First case was just plain dumb...dominion, an orianna bragged about her lee sin (i was ls on my team) while after that, their ls left her countless times to die and dived 1 vs 4.

Second was kinda fair, i just got pwned againast a malphite , thx to the first one banning darius over malphite, and overall enemy jungler never coming, and just saying you suck, while i still admitted that i ruined it, he still brags about that i was being toxic, when the only thing he was doing eveyrtime that i asked him for ganks without even bashing him, was doing a sort of afk farm.I wanted to surrender because i knew that i ruined it and it didnt want to waste time for everyone, because it was a sure loss, 0 chance of turning it back.

As for third, again the jungler, just went to lanes to fed, he even afked in purpose when he was like 1-7 or something, thinking that it was this lost,jayce never stood in teamfights,he stole the first 2 golems from me, never leaving his lane to help in teamfights, and he went solo farming the enemy jungle without wards , resulting on him dying over and over, and losing his advantage, only graves was the only one willing to stick with me, and as you can see, he got that score and ill helped him to maintain udyr away from him.I just bashed udyr because he was bragging about DAT UDYR that he was, and it only make him just shut up his mouth, resulting on him being pissed over and over, trying always to desperately focusing me on teamfight along with nunu, the other one who defended him, and overall making his prickness go into a mad tunnelvision leaving graves alone and focusing on me , i know those two were the only ones reporting me.


Fourth case........aaaaaagain, the jungler,but not also him this time, this time another duo leona graves just fed his lane hard, and also an ap yi.they just never waited for me to popo ult, they just engaged in dumb positions, and evelyn was only claiming me for being the responsible of things like she chasing akali from last tower of mid , to the first tower or her while we could never reach akali.Then she decided to bash on me over and over and over for no reason, not even trashtalking to Yi who always went 1 vs 4-5, and leaving us to our luck.And graves joined the party of lets just rage at one guy.Even the enemy kog says that graves was just a rager one.

Last one of the most weirdest of all reports that i have been got, ever.I went literally to perma gank and counter jungle enemy hard, because most of them were countered hard.Talon got countered hard, and he needed the advantage (i gave 3 kills to him if im not wrong)but mid was in trouble, so i decided to go mid, while i went mid and successfully gank, bot just died,Went bot, gave double kill to cait.40 seconds later, went to top to gave another kill to talon, i gave it, but bot again got killed, and stated that it was my fault, and hence the spiral of madness.I even blocked leona because i had people like her before who tries to tribunal bait, but as i can see, that wasnt enough.Funny because if the people who decided on tribunal could read the entire case, they would see that leona threw literally the game at the end, resulting on all of our team but her teammate (caitlyn) to blame her, she even started to also rage at talon,i even have the replay where all of us are near baron, and she just refuses to ward (enemy was doing baron), and afterwards when enemy did baron, she charged over them.

Tl;Dr version

1-Dominion enemy bragging, tables flipped and i make fun of that.

2-Got pwned, admitted it that i sucked hard, jungler never came and just decided to trashtalk and not passing the surrender.

3-Top stole 2 first blues, afk farm, solo farm and solo dying, 3-12 jungle riven, udyr bragging and again, change of tides , and hence, he got bragged.duo nunu defended him, and the 2 of them reported me as at the end they just left graves literally kill their team just to try to get me, resulting in a epic fail.

4-All lanes but mine fed hard,evelyn started to blame me for his mistakes such as chasing akali thought the entire map while she knew that i couldnt reach her,graves joined the madness against me.Even enemy knew that they were raging only at me for no reason as you can see in the chat log.

5-Permaganked and counterjungled as much as possible, everytime that i went to succesfully gank a lane, another one was dying.Bot started to blame me, well just leona, and she literally threw the game, going alone, and even refusing to ward baron, she even bashed another allies for nothing, and overall just wanted to ruin the game which we could have won.

Btw i have lol replays of all those matches if im correct, will search for them.

It's always a bit more difficult to be objective when analyzing one's own case. For this reason I am not inclined to be too critical of your post. But yes, I read through the whole case. If I find punish worthy stuff in it, I vote to punish.

I would have easily voted to punish after the first game. The enemy Lee Sin doesnt need to put up with your taunts. Seriously what do you get out of this?

After game 2 I see no purpose in going further.

Seriously, I want to ask youthe same question you asked. Do YOU read the case or just the first line? Are you perhaps being a bit more lenient because this is (quite obviously) your case? This is unacceptable and people don't need to put up with your temper tantrums. Sorry

Number one, just to clarify that wasn't 5 cases. It was one case with five randomly selected games from the total that you have been reported in.

Number two I have a hard time accepting you don't understand why you received this punishment.

I didn't even go through the entirety of each game. You are an incredibly abusive jerk. In three of them you start incredibly early in and continue the abuse the entire match.

Why would anyone want to play with you?

Sry, but when most of your team pings one guy that has to back, he acts deaf and goes to die, as it happened most of the time,no nice feedback will prevent him to make him do it again, because i tried, also as stated, second one was kind of fair,i got all fired up hard, but even then i didnt blame anyone really for my mistakes, i got pwned even under tower and thats it, wanted to move on,jungler being a moralist and giving lessons for nothing of "toxic" while he never did anything to help top while i pinged him time by time to come, just to not receive any response.

And i will say it again.DO YOU READ THE CASE, or just the FIRST LINE?.

I dunno, but i think irl and in a game, when someone blames one for something that they never did, and those were mistakes from the one blaming,you are upset.
I just hate that "Double moral" thing that some people have here.I support people who are mad at ones who literally dont show any sign of trying to teamplay from the very beginning, remaining silent the entire game and feeding/tower diving, only just talk to say "you are bad, shut up" and thus proceed to report, leaving them as protectors of the tribunal, while people like you (no offense here dude, but by your reply i can tell it), going in the first thing that they met they just hit the punish button.Read the title next time,i have the lol replays if you dont believe me, sorry.

What do you mean by "only the first line", what I quoted was about halfway through game 2. Clearly I didn't stop at the first line.

With respect to your entire response. This case is not to evaluate how others behaved. It is to evaluate how YOU behaved. The fact that other people were mean to you is irrelevant to whether or not you broke the summoner's code. You did. Stop using others as an excuse for your behavior. Change your behavior.

Geez, I'm gonna give you a piece of advice. "Even a fish won't get caught if he keeps his mouth shut". You talk SO much in your games, that you end up getting yourself in trouble. You spend so much time chatting that people might not be able to read their pings, important instructions, or what was just bought by a teammate. That and it also gets very annoying after a while. You had a good amount of reports from enemy players (and we as "Tribunal frequents" don't see those all too often).

You just gotta talk less.

I will make it quick...because i cannot understand your logic,because its WAYYY ONE SIDED.
Lets see, did i said that riven afk died countless times in purpose, jayce stole blues, adc and me were only the ones doing their best?did you know that was a ranked that i really needed to win.
Its pretty easy for people like you to see one side of the thing,idk, but when i go into tribunal to review cases, took at least 5 min for the 5 cases to really know if its really culprit or not, because people are just human, and they can be mad, and those madness can be justified most of the time by reckless people refusing to talk (prior to being mad, and asking nicely)and feeding and not giving a ##### about the game, as you should know , even in ranked, there are lot of people that goes only "to get fun" while there are people that fun means teamplay to win.

TL;DR, dont be so one sided, u have to look the case widely.And people like you having so one sided vision of things...are why tribunal isnt even balanced.Dont claim that didnt get mad, but most of the time, just the team raged at me when i didnt even did anything to them and just helping them the whole time.
