On June 20,2012, the first public Tribunal case was opened as a community experiment. Pendragon posted the case in General Discussion here.

12. The Tribunal design team has had MBAs, PhDs (in Psychology) and various mathematicians and statisticians contribute to the development of the Tribunal system.

I hope that more people will read about the ways people can get suspended outside of tribunal because tribunal doesn't have jurisdiction over everything.
