*Ring* Ring* The wind chimes of a Ionian mobile noodle stand announced it's modest arrival into the new customer grounds. Pulling the cart was an anthropomorphic fox, wearing an Ionian chef's outfit as well as small, round gold-rimmed glasses.

The Fox Chef looked around for a bit and found a good location in the vast, empty expanse. Weaving the Old Magic, the Fox created an elevated platform from solidified clouds. He then sets up small cafe tables and chairs, and opens his cart for business, bringing out large amounts of fresh ingredients from the small storage compartment and began cooking stock foods. Noodles, soupstock, dumplings, stews... as well as displaying roast meats. He also began mixing up cold fruit drinks as refreshments, and preparing pieces of fruit, nuts and corn flakes for desserts.

Feng Bo sighs, and sits behind his noodle stand... Waiting for his first customer of the day.

Feng Bo would notice a rather odd noise coming up from above him. If he were to look up, he would see the face of a rather chubby pigeon staring down at him from on top of the cart and cooing at him.

Said Pigeon would be in the perfect position to take in the fragrances of Feng Bo's work. A whole plethora of soups, stews and other wonderful foods created a symphony of aroma. The Fox Chef looked up, and, this being Runeterra, and the Chef a powerful nine-tail spirit, spoke to the pigeon.

"Well hello there. Would you like something? Aside from this food I also have grains and seeds of different varieties for you." He offered, like any good businessman would.

Also, behind said pigeon was a little fox girl- Feng Bo's adopted ward. If Ahri had an adorkable little cousin with red hair, it would be Meiling. Her tail swished back and forth as she contemplated whether the pigeon was a customer or food.

The pigeon let out a coo, hopping down from its roost and in front of Feng Bo. It tilted its head from side to side for a moment before randomly picking at the nearest exposed entree. But of course, its a pigeon. Chances are it won't pay for the meal.

"Oh dear, you aren't quite connected to the spirits, are you little friend." Feng Bo gave the little creature a small bowl of rice and put some sauce from the soy fish dish he pecked on. He set the pigeon to the side so as to not scare away customers.

"No, Meiling." Feng Bo told the girl sternly, causing her fox ears to droop. She hops down and grabs a piece of fried tofu instead.

The pigeon continued to happily devour its free meal. This particular pigeon frequently was given offerings, which might contribute as to why its so large. Its almost a wonder that it can even fly still.

Feng Bo's cooking was very delicious and appetizing, but all his ingredients were also organic and low fat... which would only lead to overeating anyway.

Meiling eyed the chubby pigeon and tried to catch it, the Chef's attention directed to the arrival of other spirit creatures.

The pigeon was too engrossed in its delicious meal to notice Meiling, and was quite startled when the fox had grabbed it. It was quite fat and squishy, and making some pathetic pigeon noises and squirming.

"No." Feng Bo said again, sternly. He picked up Meiling by the collar and had her let go of the pigeon.
He placed his adopted daughter on a nearby chair, while letting the pigeon stay atop the noodlestand's roof.

The Chef sighed. This place was... empty.
