Requirements for people that wants to rank-
-Must be +1250 elo, or above 1100 with +300 rank games total
-Must know how important last hitting is
-Must be familar with the map
-Must call MIA

Id also prefer people to let me know their best champ who excells in TT and who they wish to play. For example, trynd, kennen, renekton, etc..
