We don’t want to release an unfinished product, so unexpected delays can force us to change these dates. To avoid confusing or disappointing our players, we try to only announce these dates when we’re sure we can meet the arrival schedule."

Not exactly thrilled with the "Eventually it'll get fixed" since there's a certain question of account security involved.
