Wouldn't it be great if we could surrender matches before 20 minutes if someone on our team leaves early or at the start? Come on! Why isn't this possible already!

It should ask the team something like "Would you like to end this game early because of missing players?"

I could see why you would like this, but just because someone leaves doesn't mean the game is over, especially before 30 minutes. Once you get to team fight phase, you generally lose. However, prior to team fights, a 4v5 team really doesn't have that major of a disadvantage. Surrendering before 20 just makes it so that you guaranteed aren't going to win and on top of that, miss the chance at a really satisfying victory.

5 players - 20mins surrender
4 players - 15mins surrender
3 players - 10mins surrender
2 players - 5mins surrender
1 players - 5mins surrender (Just incase a lan-party has a small hiccup or what ever. Cant' instantly end the game. However, after 5 minutes, the gap is a bit large.)

Also, reconnects wouldn't count on the reduced timer. If 4 people D/C and reconnect later. The time for surrender would still be 20 minutes.
