When was Fizz on sale recently? Did I miss it? Yeah I know they more than likely won't go on sale but those are the ones I'm hoping for. Them or Volibear I would be ok with.

Volibear was on sale on the first week of march, Fizz two weeks before it, I guess. Recently because there are a lot of champs that are still waiting a sale
Right now I'm waiting for Vlad and Renek, but Shyvana would be great.
