Masteries

Offense
3 - might
1 - cripple
4 - Alacrity
3 - Sorcery
3 - Sunder
3 - Brute
3 - Lethality
1 - Havoc

Defense
3 - Hardiness
Basically you want to get some dodge with the rest of your points

As far as Runes

Reds = Armor Pen
Yellows = Life
Blues = Magic resist

I use the mastery and rune setup from this Xin Zhao Guide quite well.
