What happened to Riot Squad Singed?! How did hextech get put out sooner than Riot squad which has been listed in the skins window for month/s now? (not that i'm complaining b/c hextech is BADASS)

Question...did you hire new people for the artworks? I can totally tell that their style is unlike the old one (not saying that its bad) or did you decide to switch your art "policies" a bit? Just curious!
