Dont know how to explain this exactly...''Random'' out of place black dots/lines/etc(remind me of dead pixels),to be more exactly one near the chat box and one stuck to health pots(tried repurchasing/selling/using,same thing),seems to get worse if you alt-tab,see pic(marked with red).

Hey RexSaur, is there a chance you could post a dxdiag log for the PC you are experiencing this on? That would help us greatly in trying to reproduce this issue.
