He's right. It's not photoshop. It's paint. The encoding software in Microsoft Paint is such garbage more subtle colors (such as those in the background of the match history screen) get pixelated and one-colored, as opposed to a gradient.

Truly skilled players are capable of getting good scores with screwed up builds imo. I've personally dominated with a dps allistar and soraka a few times in the past, back in the times of dota and no elo I used to be able to build dps on any caster and destroy pubs :P
