Bouncing abilities are not OP, don't be stupid when you're chasing a Fiddlesticks, Rhyze, or Sivir. If they take advantage of you being dumb, don't complain. Get better.

Most good Fidd/rhyze/Sivs all know the exact range you need to bounce, and will instantly fire if they see the opportunity. That said, watch a pro game. You're not going to see this kind of stuff.
