Who else thinks there should be a dodge vote in champion select screen?

I've been playing this game for a very long time, and the only thing that really gets under my skin is when people decided to throw the game in champion select just so someone will dodge and get a 5 minute penalty. there should be a Dodge Vote option added so we can just get around players that aren't serious about ranked games

Wait... so you're saying that I can pick eve and make ppl dodge?

Or are you saying you rage and dodge so you don't want to be penalized?
