I am curious where some of the new champions would be placed on this tier. Specifically, I am interested in Diana, Zyra, and Jayce. Three champions that I see quite often in games.

Jayce to me feels somewhere between tier 1 and cheesecake.

Zyra seems to be around tier 2-3ish.

Diana is probably somewhere around low 2 to high 4.

Jayce is the second most overpowered hero in the game after Kassadin. Zyra is mid-high tier 2 for top lane, mediocre bottom. Diana is the opposite: mediocre top, mid-high tier 2 for bot lane.

If Rengar doesn't take substantial nerfs before getting out of PBE, he's going to be broken for both lanes as well.

See, the thing is, at my level of skill, everyone seems to be cheesecake tier.

This was the same for me on SR. I thought Master Yi, Twitch, Evelynn, and Tryn were the most OP champions in the game. Then you get more experience and realize they have very big weaknesses that you can take advantage of that makes them near worthless.

Jayce is derp tier. If you can say "herp" you can dominate with him. It's why you see him in every game.

Hey Sauron,

Now that you are back, do you think you can update this list with some of the newer champions? Also, since Katarina got her remake, how does she rank now?

But I already did! Granted I need to see Rengar in action some more, as well as the other champs released when I wasn't playing, so their positions will probably shuffle around for at least a week or so.

Remember the tier list is just my opinion in list form. :P
