Yup. Others may clear somewhat quicker than he does, but his ganks are nearly guaranteed to either burn the enemy's SS, force them back to base, or pick up a kill. Shyv and mundo may hit full dmg with their AoE, but shyvana has no hard CC and mundo only has cleaver - miss that once and the gank is probably not going to go anywhere. With hecarim it's not hard to turn even one of his worst ganks into some type of success for his team.

he would push the lane like crazy. it is fine how it is right now. the buff recently helped a lot.

mundo has great clear times and good damage but no reliable CC, shy has no CC but great clear times and damage, amumu doesn't have that much damage but has great ganks, and you want hecarim to have great clear times, great ganks, AND great damage?

If Riot listened to you hecarim would immediately become the best jungler in the entire game with no trade offs.

Why the **** does everybody keep saying that top lane Hecarim would be nerfed if Q did full damage? Positioning IS a part of this game and asking someone to position themselves better to attain desired results in lane is how the game is played.
