Mine was Pantheon cause he was free. However first champion I ever bought was Veigar. But after buying him I didn't like him much to my disappointment (he reminds me so much of black mages in Final Fantasy) and settled on Ashe who I loved to play to the point that she carried me until I was level 30 and started to finally play other champions. heh

Mine was Sivir. But i was like i dont like her and Rumble had just come out so i bought him and have used that Champ ever since:P
