BUMP FOR VOLIBEAR!

I used to main Volibear on EUNE (probably have 200 games with him across the board I think?), and he remains my favorite champ by far. I agree fully with the suggested changes, he needs more than that, but Riot will probably ignore larger changes in one go. But small steps are fine, at least you're getting soemwhere, albeit slowly. As long as Riot start looking into him, I'm content.

Btw, great job at keeping the thread alive Ursa. That's some dedication. I'll try to help the best I can!
