Darius is pretty dominating in top lane in 3v3s tho. There's nothing you can really do to him. If you try to 1v1 him he will kill you - at pretty much any level. Your only option is to let him push, but then he can go jungle and gank and over-level you....

Just kite him and stay out of range of e, it may be hard sense he is just released but after awhile you will leaarn safe range

Not really op. He has no escapes. His burst is pretty high but still comparable to other powerful fighters like Riven.
Throw down some cc and focus. Watch him die.
