you are doing something wrong...
You say that if he gets health, you cannot outburst him... your ult scales with missing health. Its is too easy for a riven to trade because of your mobility. If he pulls you, then just use Qs and your E. With the shield from your E, you should have absorbed most of the bleed. From here, you are free to do whatever you want to him for about 15 seconds because your cooldowns are short and his slow isn't a kill secure due to your dashes. Whenever you play against a Darius and build armor, you are literally retarded because of his magic damage bleed, hes natural armor penetration, and his ult true damage. a riven can easily outplay a Darius/
