I have been having this problem as well, and use Chrome as my primary browser on Windows XP. However I was able to fix it by doing the following:

Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset...

If you have it in catagory view, then the sequence would be

Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Internet Options -> Advanced ->Reset

Thanks for Blind Awake for the IE fix, which is essentially the same as going this route.

Actually, it was happening to me because I had Firefox open when I was trying to play. Closing FF fixed the problem.

this happens to me too...
it just freezes on the loading screen... help me plz!!!
