Patcher Error Report problem NEED FIXED NOW

I keep getting an error report everytime I open the patcher I get an Error report and then it closes it. This is really frustrating because I cannot play at all. This needs to be fixed NOW.

Disable any firewalls or antivirus programs on your computer, if using a router, unplug it and hardwire your computer to the modem. Sounds like your having communication errors due to a firewall somewhere along the line.
