I don't see a reason why not? If TF is getting a "new" Tango skin art, why isn't Eve getting it too?
The 2 arts are almost identical (THIS and THIS), so it shouldn't be that hard.

Lawl, sure they don't, but in my opinion, Chinese Tango art is quite better than American, and better skins mean profit to both riot and us.

this is the only skin art from chinese client that I actually prefer, especially because of the 2 together off course.

It already got remade once, amirite? I would also like, unrelated to this, to have her old walk animation be her animation when stealthed. That would be kinda cool.
