[Game Client] Anivia Egg Removes Elixirs!

I've posted this before, but it got no response and still hasn't been fixed.

Basically, if anivia gets an elixir and taken to 0 health but has egg up, the elixir is removed immediately from her. This happens 100% of the time if egg cooldown is up.

This is really bothering me. Plz fix

yes all elixirs! and its the same with dying with guardian angel and getting rezzed by it, is this intended?
