Well, the fact that they're putting out zero game content and dozens of megabytes worth of new champions is not an opinion.

Maybe the retarded part. Maybe. Although I would argue that it is pretty retarded to constantly release new champs when there's old champs that no one uses due to their outdated mechanics.

I agree. Loads of old champs are not used as they do not fit the meta roles of tanky bursty or whatever.
