i know everyone says Garen is OP as.... But he is real awesome hes now my most regular which was Ashe about a week ago. i was just wondering who is the best champion?

There is no "best" champion, there are just "best" players.

It is not the champion that make's one best, its the player.

Any and every champion is best.
