Is there a viable build for siver maxing out her W skill for farming in lane ? or does that nerf her dmg to much?

Don't. You generally don't want to be hard pushing like that. W is also less precise in terms of farming. BB is more likely to net you better farm and also is an excellent pushing tool for when you need it.
